Jose Ayala is the principal consultant of his namesake Brandayala Consulting company, partnering with luxury retail businesses to grow their brands across the omni-channel retail space. With over 15 years working in merchandising and business development roles for both multimillion dollar and startup fashion, luxury, and jewelry brands, Jose knows the true value of creating terrific customer experiences through better brand strategy execution.
Leading significant brick & mortar, catalog, and online transformational strategies at Tiffany, HSN, and Dufry, Jose has successfully introduced brand concepts into new markets across the US, Latin America, and Europe. Passionate about every customer touch-point opportunity, Jose is truly “omni-channel” in his approach and execution. In addition to his extensive merchandising and product experience, Jose has more recently also worked in the online SaaS space, providing clients with solutions for better site conversion, and customer retention.
Jose holds a BA in Economics and Industrial Psychology from the University of Rochester.
